NVHS: Headed to wrap it up for a wrap in NV livery

Hayden Taylor Mount Shasta High School: Got a motor, ready to install and rig
Mason Collins (Fruitdale): Motor mounted, Ebox installed,
Hollynn Hood: Mostly rigged out and ready to test.
Boat X: Water tested and functional!
