Designed to weld directly into your aluminum hull.

The details make the difference
Purpose in every part.
A taper that fits.
Each intake tapers smoothly to its specified impeller diameter. Choose the geometry for your pump.
Protection in steel.
The Hardox 450 grate slides into the front and secures with two bolts at the rear, keeping the mounting simple.
Ready to weld in.
Solid 3/16 inch 5086 aluminum sheet forms a direct welded connection to the hull, without a separate bolted hull joint to seal.

Designed for the build
Fewer pieces.
A clearer path to assembly.
Refined tab and slot parts help locate the components before welding. The intake becomes part of the hull, with a removable grate for access.
Make the connection
Match the whole setup.
From the impeller diameter to the driveshaft angle, the right details start with your donor.
Is this a complete intake or an assembly kit?
These are intake kits that require assembly and welding. The refined tab and slot design uses a simplified set of parts to help locate the pieces as you build. The pump, engine and hull are not included.
Which diameter should I choose?
Match the intake to your impeller diameter, then confirm the pump model, adapter and mounting arrangement. Diameter alone does not establish compatibility. The listed kits are 140 mm and 155 mm. Ask Sitka about 160 mm or another configuration.
What driveshaft angles are available?
Ask about 0°, 2° and other driveshaft angles. A raised shaft angle can help provide oil pan clearance for some larger four stroke engines. Confirm the engine, shaft alignment and hull geometry with Sitka before ordering a different configuration.
Can I use a pump adapter?
Sitka sells adapters for several pump applications, including Yamaha 701/760, Seadoo 787 and Kawasaki 750 ZXI. Adapters are sold separately. Send your donor year, engine and pump details so Sitka can check the complete setup.
What should I send for a fitment check?
Include the donor make, model and year, impeller diameter, pump model, hull details and intended shaft angle. Photos of the pump and engine arrangement can help resolve the details.
